# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • Everything you adore about Caesar salad, but portable and actually filling enough for lunch
  • The homemade dressing takes 2 minutes and tastes infinitely better than anything from a bottle
  • Perfect for those nights when you want something satisfying but not heavy
02 -
  • Letting the chicken rest before slicing is non-negotiable, otherwise all those juices will run out onto your cutting board instead of staying in your wrap
  • The dressing tastes infinitely better after it sits for 10 minutes, giving the garlic time to mellow and the flavors to meld
  • Do not skip folding in the sides of the tortilla or your fillings will fall out the bottom with every single bite
03 -
  • Pound your chicken breasts to even thickness before cooking for consistently juicy results
  • Warm your tortillas for 10 seconds in the microwave before wrapping to prevent cracking
  • Slice your chicken against the grain for the most tender texture in each bite
